I bought two of these as bedside rugs. They are perfect! Soft and well made, Rugs.com is my go to for excellent rugs.

Bad cut

Rug is cut at an angle on one end so it looks off. Doesn't lay right. Dissatisfied with the runner.

Great looking Rug

Very pleased with the Monte Carlo 9 x 12 rug. The design pictured online is exactly,how it looks, though it looks darker online. It’s a great design that works well with bright colored solid furnishings. I’ve got navy, rust and a printed chair that is not too busy with the rugs pattern. I purchased the premium carpet pad and creates a good height and no slip /the rug. It’s taken bout 7 days for the wrinkles to dissipate, but no big deal. Wry pleases with the customer service, shipping and quality.

Great purchase!

The rug is exactly what I had hoped for -- covers a large portion of my living room/TV area, and is also quite comfortable. There are still a few ridges that are taking a while to flatten out, but I admittedly haven't done anything to speed up that process.

Folded Rug VS rolled rug

It was delivered folded into a rectangle Wrinkles and folds never came out Carpet not of quality hoping for. Other rugs ordered and delivered were always rolled on a cylinder, so the rug would easily roll out WITHOUT creases

Great runner

Ordered the 2x13 runner for my hallway. It worked out great. Was concerned about the coloring but it as well was spot on. My dog is much happier walking on this rug than the bare hardwood. One tiny hiccup…if you want to order a pad you either have to order one that is too wide 2’6”x13 and cut it OR order two pads 2x6 and 2x7. I ended up ordering the two pads and it worked out fine.

Very happy with this purchase! It is a beautiful rug for the price, I bought two to help keep my newly clean carpets protected. The color is bright, yet not jarring. They are well-made, and flattened out within a couple of hours.

Perfect!!

This rug is everything I'd hoped it would be! It looks beautiful in our living room! I received it quickly and well packaged. I did lay it out upsidedown for 24 hours to get the creases out, when we flipped it over, it was perfect!

How it should be.

I found this place online and had the usual concerns. 9x12 rug for around 150. Can't go wrong. Ordering was easy, it arrived earlier than quoted, and the rug is awesome.

Beautiful Design

I bought this about a month ago and was just recently able to put it in my room. What a great fit and it looks great with everything I have in my room. Best money I have spent in awhile. I highly recommend this rug.

Great quality

I bought this rug to go under the dining room table so the chairs would now scratch the new wood floor. It’s a bit bigger than I needed and may move it to the living room, but the color and pattern is nice and the quality is great. Can’t go wrong in purchasing this rug.

Very pretty rug

This rug is exactly as it is pictured. Rugs.com was one of the only places that had a runner in 13' which is what we needed. It's thinner than I thought it would be, but it's a runner for the hallway so thin is ok. I had to purchase a non-slip piece at a local store to put under it because it was sliding around. One other minor issue the corners were starting to curl up, so I got corner sticky things to hold down the corners.

Somewhat happy with this rug but could be better.

Love the look and feel but does tend to slip around especially when my dogs run through the hallway where I placed it. I even sprayed the back with non slip coating which helps a little but still always have to reposition it. In addition, the corners are curling up which not only doesnt look great, it poses a tripping hazard. Design is pretty and looks great but the slipping and curling is why I only gave it a 3 star rating.

9x12 Monte Carlo Grey Black Rug

We've had our rug for about 6 weeks and could not be happier with it. Waited to review so we could "live" with our purchase a bit. The rug arrived folded and tightly wrapped in plastic...thankfully, since it was a rainy day. Fed Ex left it under an eave by our door so everything stayed totally dry...thank you Fed Ex! Upon arrival we unwrapped it and laid it top-side down as recommended on the website. I admit I was a little concerned based on some reviews, but within a week the rug flattened out beautifully! Any wrinkles or folds disappeared...no weights needed. It has a short pile which is what we wanted. It's very soft underfoot without padding, but not cushion-y so if you want cushion you may want padding. The color is true to website photos. It arrived in excellent

Unbeatable price

I bought this runner a couple weeks ago, it was shipped and arrived within a couple days. The runner is really soft and I do love it. 13ft is pretty long so I am having an issue keeping it straight and in place with the custom padding I purchased with it, but It was exactly what I was looking for and would purchase again.

Great price for a 9x12 rug. It is also soft to the touch even though it is on the thin side. Unfolds nicely, just needs a little time for the kinks to work themselves out. Our dog has made this his afternoon nap spot, forgoing his bed. Multiple greys in the rug tie into the room very well.
