Disappointing

I was beyond excited to receive the initial purchase (6’ x 6’ square rug) which was a perfect addition to my newly redecorated living room. I decided the 8’ x 8’ would be a better size, so I returned the smaller rug for a larger one. To my dismay, the color scheme for the second rug was distinctly different from the first. Although both products were deliveries ahead of schedule and the return process for the first rug was painless, I’m disappointed and frustrated that the second product wasn’t identical to the first, so I will be returning it (hopefully I can, the rug arrived folded in half in plastic). Online purchasing is a gamble and this one was a loss.

A rug to modernize a room

I purchased this rug to put under our kitchen table to try and make our kitchen/den look more modern. It changed the entire lock of the room. It made everything look fresh and actually made our kitchen table. Look nicer. Thank you for the rug and for your great customer service.

Nice rug, inaccurate color description

Rug was nice but it was not white and black as described. It was definitely tan and black. returned this.

DO NOT BUY THIS

They failed to ship the black and white rug twice. They sent me the cream and black rug 2 times and then told me they sku numbers are duplicated so it’s impossible the receive the black and white rug. Horrible customer service
