This was an exact match for my old shower head that needed replaced. I’m very happy eith it.
Wrong shower head
I received a Delta Monitor 1700 series head but it was not the model shown. Trying to match the client’s freeze damaged head so exact match was more important than usual. Disappointed to say the least.

Mixed feelings
Looks good and is working. Identical to one I'm replacing which appears to be 8 to 10 years old. It was already in house. Only rating 3 because for price of faucet I would expect longer life. Previous faucet failed by not operating only one function at a time resulting in water just pouring down out of shower head.
