Excellent Value

Desk is stable. Assembly was a bit awkward for 1 person. However, the pilot holes were very accurate and that made assembly easier. It is not a work of art, but that's not what I was buying. On this desk, I have a computer monitor, 2 nearfield audio monitors, an audio interface and several peripherals. For that purpose it is excellent.

Good sturdy table and it looks exactly like the image. Assembly was very easy, you just attach the legs, and it took me 10 minutes. It arrived with a small scuff on the side though. Overall very pleased with the product.

5' working table

I bought this table with the intent of using it for my home office. It works very well for opening and working on D-sized drawings. The square legged version makes putting in one screw on each of the bases very awkward so perhaps the round legged version might be better. Otherwise it is a very nice addition.

Adequate

Using two of these to form an L desk. The quality is decent and commensurate to the price point. So far, they have held up nicely and look good enough. The only downside is the packaging. Inadequate protection is given to the table top and the edges are at extreme risk of damage in transit. Only a thin strip of cardboard separates the table and a hard surface. Naturally, both of my tables came with damage to the edges. Largely cosmetic and considering the time to replace and any replacement would almost inevitably have the same damage due to the packaging, I decided to live with it.

This is a FANTASTIC TABLE. It may look like a kitchen table, but it is great for a gaming desk. I have a lot of room for mouse movement while having a whole plate of chicken also occupying the desk. ¡Muy Fantasico!

Perfect for office table

I have just received my third table. The first two had scratches and marks. Overstock was great in getting me replacements in a timely manner. They did not require me to deliver it to any location. They send UPS to pick up the old one and sent me the new one. This one looks good. It is a sturdy table. Looks good in my office. I will continue purchasing from overstock. They have great customer service and products.

Good Purchase

Pros - easy assembly - no pieces missing - clean and simple look - spacious work area - sturdy Cons - top has a thin crack down the middle - edges of desk have dings (could be from shipping & handling - pictures attached) - black top shows substantial dust (will have to wipe down quite frequently) - this was a nice purchase for a home office. I have plenty of space for all my computer hardware, small accessories and writing room for note taking. The edges are sturdy enough to add a couple of clamps for accessories.

Nice, Sturdy Table

The table itself is very nice looking and the legs are large and attach very securely, so the whole table is very sturdy! I had a similar table previously (a different brand), and the legs were much thinner and it wobbled all the time, no matter what type of flooring we tried putting it on (we had tile, low-pile throw rugs, and hardwood). Definitely not the case for this table! However, make sure you check that you have all the pieces before assembling. We only received 3 legs instead of 4. I will say when we contacted Bestar, they shipped the part out to us very quickly (2 days) and apologized for the issue, so the Customer Service was excellent.

Great Quality Table/Desk - Highly Recommended

Desk shipped in two boxes (table and legs separate). Due to the pandemic and shortage of desks it took 1 month to receive but I am very pleased with the quality. Very sturdy. About 65 pounds so easier to setup with 2 people but can be done with 1 person. Perfect table height to use as a desk or for computer, monitor etc.Large enough could also be used as a table for eating for 4 people in a small space.

Attractive and great size

This desk looks great and was a great size to create a statement. There was an imperfection in the table top, not a deal breaker, but about the size of a dime. Also there are no feet at the end of the legs of the desk, so it may be problematic on a floor that can scratch or rip (I have carpeting). I like my desk and it was a great price.

Packaging is horrible.

Finally got my table in after waiting a month. It’s the perfect height and size for my office. Packaging wasn’t that good because I have a couple dents and scratches on it. The table is also peaking. I hope it last long.

Great table but bad shipment experience.

I got the table 2 months later, but i totally understand because of the Covid shipping deadlines. I didnt get any shipment notification (ever)and when we got the table it was dropped in front of our house in the rain (we were not at home). My neighbour called us and let us know that he took it over his place to protect it.

Legs don't fit desk, table damaged

I purchased on June 30. Arrived July 19. Table is slightly damaged (Mark on top, the edges are not clean, little gaps here and there, poorly glued). Worse still, the table had holes drilled for round legs. I purchased and Bestar shipped square legs. Two legs are ok, with a right 90 degree angle alignment to the desk. The other two an only be installed so they are diagonal, not aligned to the other two. So weird.

simple and robust desk

Simple and robust desk. Although, the assembling is not so simple. As someone already mentioned here, the screw holes are very close to the leg.

Good alternative to a gmaing table

Good solid design. Its larger for all of my computer equipment, without all the ridiculous nonsense they add onto gaming tables. Plus a great price

Arrived early but with damage

It arrived a couple days early so I was happy about that. All in all, it's a nice looking desk and it seems sturdy, but I havent put anything on it yet. There was damage to one of the corners and that bothers me a fair amount because no one wants to spend this much on a desk for it to arrive with damage. And last I became annoyed with the dimensions. The product listing for this desk says its 60"x30" but when I measured it turned out to be just under 59.5"x29.5. Now these measurements match the specs section of the product listing but I dont understand why the title of this product states slightly different measurements. Not a big deal but annoying.

Nice simple solid table at a great price. 5 screws per leg, quite sturdy.

Clean, simple design, well made

I actually got the Bordeaux color, not chocolate. These tables are really well-made, and they're laminated on the underside as well as the top side and edges. One of my tables came without screws, but when I call the manufacturer they sent me out the package of screws. My only concern with these tables is that the very bottom of the metal legs is pretty Sharp and people can cut themselves if they're not careful.

Great quality, sturdy, simple desk

My son put this desk together last night. All the parts were there and in perfect condition. The pilot holes lined up perfectly with the table legs. He needed a long extension on the drill since one hole on each leg was very close to the edge of the leg so a bit tricky to angle the screw in. Otherwise no problems. The desk is very sturdy and it was level without needing to adjust the feet. The light maple table top and silver legs look sleek and modern. Very, very happy with this desk.
