What can we say? It's faux cowhide. It's soft, though, and we like it. We couldn't justify spending a huge chunk of change on a pillow and this does the job just as well as the real thing. The markings are not cookie cutter the same, so that helps.

This pillow was great. I ordered four expensive chairs from Wayfair. Two came severely damaged. They wanted to send me parts. Told them no. They sent out repair and he agreed too damaged to be fixed. Never heard from anyone so looked on website and saw sending me no chairs, but a dresser that needed replaced. When brought to their attention said would cancel but still shows shipping. They want the other chairs back and up to me to figure out how to back them. Not happy with lack of service.

Just what I needed for some contrast.

I have cow hide chairs and found this to bring that element across our decor. These are faux, which is perfect, because they look nice and are also comfy (as opposed to real cowhide which is wonderfully decorative, but not comfortable).

FYI. Package arrived open and even interior plastic protection wasn’t secured around pillows. Otherwise, very nice pillows for our mt cabin! Like that they have zippers cover can be washed.

Overall, this is exactly what I was looking for to complete my family room - Southwestern look! The only thing I noticed was that it had a bad smell to it. I ordered the one with the down filled so I'm wondering if that had anything to do with it. I just sprayed it with a deodorizer spray which seemed to work at least at this point.
