Any product by USA Pan bakeware is high-quality and performs well so I was not surprised that this pie pan was exceptional. It was deep enough to hold all of the pie filling yet cooked the ingredients thoroughly without burning the bottom or top crust. Great product!

I received the 9-Inch Pie Pan, but have not used it yet. So, this review is based on a USA Pan bread pan I bought several years ago and have used to bake my favorite quick breads and one meat loaf.
