Definite upgrade from our ceremic towel bars. We liked the collection so much, we ended up ordering the Vale collection for all three bathrooms. We live in a humid climate, and so far it has been able to handle it. I am not sure about long term durability.

Beautiful, but wish all related manufacturers would go to some kind of snap on/quick connect system. That dinky little set screw up against the wall is a royal PITA!!! Especially for those of us with arthritis or disabilities.

This really makes a huge difference in the bathroom! And it matches nicely with the towel bar that came with the house. They provide instructions and it is very easy to install. If you are lucky enough to have a stud in the exact right place, you can just screw it into that... but if not, no worries, because they provide a plastic piece to act as the ‘stud’ (to make it sturdy and firmly attached to the wall). You just take your screwdriver and a hammer, ‘nail a hole in the wall’ with the screwdriver and then you hammer the plastic piece into the sheet rock and screw the bracket to the wall. It’s like a 5 minute (or less) job!

Everything installed quickly and easily. These have smaller diameter bases than most other so you will need to do some painting in most cases.

I bought this with the matching round towel hang and toilet paper holder. It is perfect in my guest bathroom. Pretty easy to install. I recommend using stronger anchors.

Product was a replacement for DN7986Ch that was purchased Jan 12, 2019. Unfortunately I've lost the receipt and could not request for a replacement under warranty. The open ended towel ring swivels on an pewter piece that keeps the ring in place. This piece broke and hence my purchased of the closed ring. The closed ring is not as convenient as the open ended ring. This model was purchased July 20, 2020. Really want the open ended ring but am afraid the part holding the ring in place will break again. This product barely meets my expectation. It does hold towels but is limited in the amount and towels it will hold. The open ended ring is much more convenient and practical.

This was an update to the cheap, contractor grade towel ring we used to have. I'm very pleased with the fit and finish. It was a more economical choice than some others out there, and I was a little worried it wouldn't be a big step up from the previous towel ring, but it is solid and looks very nice. We'll probably upgrade the rest of our house with these.

I have the faucets for all my bathroom sinks and finally bought this towel ring. Unfortunately, the finish is not the same as the faucet (neither is the toilet paper holder) the faucet is dark with just that coppery tone around the edges/rings whereas the ring looks like the ORB was painted on. Looks kinda of cheap.
