The Ring Came Off of the Base

The ring simply fell off of the base today. I have had it for 3 years. I haven't received any support yet. I don't know what to do. I don't recommend.

Very sturdy. Mounting hardware is easy to install.

We don't have this installed yet, but was purchased to coordinate with the sink and bath accessories

Design-Durability

Holder does not flex therefore normal pressure resulting from removing towel causes entire install to loosen. This was our second one. First one had holder break off.

This is a very well made towel ring by Moen. It was easy to install, the instructions were very clear, and all of the mounting hardware came in the package. I highly recommend this product and it’s associatedmatching products and accessories.

Beautiful but please note the entire holder is stationary. I am used to the ring portion being able to pivot.

We had towel rings that would swing out, and they were ok. These are great because you don't have to thread the towel through the ring. Matches our other fixtures well. The finish is very nice. Very happy.
