Two winters and still good

This is a well build swing that we have bought now two winters ego and it lasted very well in our porch, and did not really rusted much. Happy with the choice.

This glider was easy to put together, is comfortable, and appears to stand up to the weather very well. We look forward to using it for several years.

Lovely glider which has a nice swing motion - very smooth. It’s not a terrific arc for the swing but it is all I need. Nice deep seat and very comfortable. Also it’s very quiet. It isn’t large but my husband and I can sit on it together and watch the sunrise. It is perfect.

Easy assembly, comfortable and smooth glider

This was very easy to put together, looks exactly like it does online and glides nice and smoothly. I definitely recommend. I've had this a few years and the arm rests have some wear, but that's expected after being outside a few years.

5 Stars for Overstock !

It seems to be well designed and has a build quality that is better than most China made products I've had experience with. Had an issue with popping the caps off on a few of the Castle nuts that could have been easily solved with a few more washers that should have been included. Also the backrest mounting bolts appeared to be built too short center to center until I realized that it had too much arc at the bottom rail. This was easily straightened out by laying the backrest on the cardboard and carefully stepping on the lower rail to remove some arc, hence giving it more length for the bolts to align. We did have an unpacking issue where a few poorly wrapped pieces were damaged and I would like to give the Customer service people at Overstock a shout out to. Not only was the issue resolved quickly by sending me replacements very quickly, I was talking to an agent within 3 minutes of placing the phone call and the call was made when most customer service departments are closed for the day. No automated directory that takes 20 minutes to navigate ! They were very prompt, friendly, apologetic and understood exactly what was needed to resolve the issue ! To get this kind of customer service these days is rare and deserves a very positive review in of itself ! Thanks Overstock, we will be purchasing more products from you !
