The Bed frame is beautiful. The purchase process and shipping were simple and fast. Would definately reccommend Zoro and I will use them again in the future.

Came on time

Came fast, was easy enough to put together- the slats were "cheap" and we hope they don't break; we bought it for our daughter. The photo looked like a cool grey. It is a warm grey.

Great Bed

Heavy to move before assembly but the quality is there. Easy to assemble with included wrenches. Did not use the mattress supports bc we have a Sleep Number adjustable base inside.

For the price, it’s a great bed and would definitely buy again / recommend.

Very wobbly frame and expensive

We paid close to $700 to get a good and sturdy frame and instead this bed is very wobbly! We even bought extra legs and tools to fix the frame to the wall, or make it less wobbly. They know once it's delivered, customers will not return. I really regret buying it and do not recommend that.

Stunning but beware of installation

During mid-installation, the middle horizontal beam is not clearly demonstrated per instruction manual. I had to youtube it and found out that there were no pre-drilled holes. Thankfully, the wood isn’t difficult to manually screw them but I recommend having a drill. I dont see anyone mentioning this struggle. It caused excess time wasted due to this hurdle. Additionally, the bed slates hurt my hands interlocking them down left, right and center. Capping the black pieces wasnt practical. My guest bedroom is a Zinus brand bed and their adhesive slates were so simple to install. Overall, I love the look/style and color. Im glad its more on the beige tone rather than gray.

Beautiful and well made bed. I was worried about the plastic piece on the platform and I did actually break one of the plastic thing while assembling it, but overall it is very sturdy and beautiful bed. . I definitely recommend it and I'm considering about getting another one in king size in lighter color.

Solid bed. Not too difficult to assemble. About the same complexity as a bed from that store with the blue and yellow colors. The instructions have you wood screw the center support beams into the outer frame, so this will not be super easy to disassemble and transport. The included slats are not appropriate for use with a memory foam or Tempurpedic mattress, so you will need to build a solid panel base. I reused some old Sultan Lade slats I had and they barely fit (some of them slip off the support beam).

The bed is super cute and pretty much what I expected. Happy with it overall. The only issue is that my husband had a difficult time at one part of the assembly since some of the wooden slats did not fit well and he had to do some special stuff to make it fit. If it had been me or someone older assembling, they may not have had the strength or the know-how to complete it.

Perfect Modern Bed

This bed is perfect!! I have two beds from west elm and this bed looks just like a west elm bed for a fraction of the cost. Easy and quick to put together and high quality. I had to wait months for my west elm bed and this came one week after I ordered it. The headboard is the perfect height..not too short, not too high. Most of the cheap beds online have a headboard that ends at the top of the mattress. This one is a full headboard, upholstered down to the bottom of the mattress. Buy it, I promise you will not be disappointed.

The bed is very well made and excellent quality. The only problem we had was that there were no pre-drilled holes for the center support. My husband used his electric screw gun and we were easily able to finish the assembly. We gave it 5 stars even with this glitch because we would definitely order it again. Instructions were clear and we're very impressed with the upholstery job. Another reviewer recommended looking over all the parts and instructions before assembling and I would agree with that.

Just what I wanted!

Bed is exactly how it is pictured. It has clean lines, it's simple and very West Elm (without the price tag!). I would highly recommend. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that when I went to screw the headboard into the side rails, the holes did not match up and I had to drill my own. That was a manufacturer defect. Other than that, very happy with my purchase!

This bed is really beautiful overall. The quality is excellent for the price. I have one complain though-there was a large stain on the fabric right in the middle of the headboard. Pretty irritating since it can't be covered up. By the time I realized it, the bed was already built. Still love it.
