Great set of pans
I needed new pans since we upgraded to an induction stovetop. I decided to get the full set of pots and pans eso everything would match (my old pans are stainless steel so they would work on induction too). I’m so glad I did! The ceramic non-stick performance is amazing. My eggs slide right out of the pan. I made polenta last night and it was so easy to clean up. In my stainless pots, polenta always sticks to the sides and needs to soak to clean the pot, but not with these ceramic pots. They work great with the induction stove. Heat quickly and evenly. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
