Fabulous set...horrible amount of non-recyclable or compostable packaging

We love this outdoor dining set!Pros:- Seating for 8- Comes with chair cushions- Sturdy and aesthetically pleasing- Arrived quickly- Arrived well-padded with no damageCons:- The padding (styrofoam) is NOT recyclable or compostable, and there is A TON of it.- The chairs do not slide easily on our deck. We needed to purchase some hammer-in sliders.- Assembly of the set takes quite a bit of time. It is manageable for one person, but would be oh-so-much faster with two.- Chairs are not stackable, so they take up a LOT of space when not using.Bottom Line: Great set that we would recommend, but RST needs to do better with finding eco solutions for padding for shipping.

I don't have an opinion on quality, appearance or easy of assembly because I don't have it after a month.

Beautiful At First, But Terrible Quality

Beautiful when the table and chairs first arrived, but a couple weeks after assembly and being outside, splits and cracks started to form. After the 1st season, the table and chairs showed considerable wear, and I'm honestly surprised that it lasted a 2nd summer season. The set is in rough shape, and that is even with giving it care, and light usage. I honestly don't expect to get through a 3rd season with it. Don't waste your money.

Beautiful, excellent value, a bit difficult to build

Wonderful table and chair. We're loving ours. I had trouble putting together some of the chairs and tore up some of the bolts (and my hand) using the hand allen key as the holes weren't always aligned as well as they could

The furniture is beautiful but we had 2 chairs that...

The furniture is beautiful but we had 2 chairs that were completely split on the back & arm of the chair. We’ve had this set since the middle of April and the slats on the table are uneven and the frame is splitting. When we first had issues with the chairs RST customer service was great. Replacement chairs no problem. I emailed RST about the table and no response. Very disappointed and we will be returning the set. Too much money for this to be split after a couple months. Very disappointed.

Good quality and looks nice. Was very easy to assemble. A bit pricey but at least the quality and looks make it worth the price. Only downside is a TON of packing material (styrofoam) left over, hard to dispose of. Would reccommend.
