The Pros: the chair looks great. It has clean lines and is solidly constructed and does not wobble. The fabric is soft to the touch. The wood is not a cheap veneer. The Cons: the chair is incredibly uncomfortable. The seat cushion is not merely firm, it is hard. It is unpleasant to sit in. It is removable, so maybe a professional upholsterer could swap it out for something better but that is an added expense, of course. The photos somehow just made it look so soft and inviting. The hazards of buying furniture from the internet, I suppose. The Odd: the fold-over arm cushions are velcro'ed to the sides and can be lifted up. I'm not sure why, as they are still sewn to the rest of the chair and cannot be removed any further.
