A solid piece worth the money. My only complaint is that the screw holes are a little small so the screw heads protrude. It would be easy to cast a recess so the head is less noticeable. Also the strike does not adjust small enough for a standard 2 3/8 door depth, so I had to use washers, which keeps the back of the striker from sitting flush. Seems sturdy enough to last a long time, but only time will tell.

this is heavy and quite large but we live it just what we wanted for a dramatic look to our front door. I highly recommend it.

I have one about 20 years ago and this was a pretty close match just a hair smaller. I recently changed to a double door and needed another one! Such a cool door knocker!

I really like the doorknocker and know it will add a fun look to me home. The only negative I can say is that there were no screws sent to hang it with. The knocker finish is bronzed and I had to purchase screws and use purchased spray paint so the screws are less noticeable. All and all I love it.

Bought this door knocker and put it on my newly painted red door. WOW! Such a statement piece. It is very well made and just beautiful. Highly recommended

I bought this door knocker and am very pleased with its overall appearance and feel it creates when company comes to my door. I definitely recommend this door knocker if you want a medieval castle type look to your front door. You do have to buy mounting screws separately as it does not come with any. Just go to a local hardware store and pick some up and mounting is a easy thing at that point. ;)
