I had a challenging experience with my recent purchase. Before ordering, I called multiple times to confirm that the product was in stock and was assured by several representatives that it was. I was told it would arrive within two days, but it ended up taking four weeks. Additionally, when reaching out to customer service for updates, I encountered some representatives who seemed unhelpful and dismissive.
Nice tile, but the shipping was terrible arrived broken only shrink wrapped to a wooden pallet.

LOVED THE TILE BUT UNFORTUNATELY 2 OF 7 BOXES WERE BROKEN AND UNUSUABLE.
Used again for for kitchen backsplash in one of our reno projects. Nice tile, easy to work with. Was packaged great, delivered with no broken tiles! Fast delivery. Only complaints: wish bullnose weren't so expensive and would come in longer lengths.

This is a beautiful hand-painted tile made in Spain. The roman skyline is a lovely sky blue. When I install it I hope to post pictures.
We used these tiles as a backsplash in our kitchen. I absolutely love the way the light shines off of them. Very easy to clean. I used white grout. Very good purchase and price!
A few were broken in transit but Wayfair immediately sent us replacement. Installed quickly and easily and with no issues, even when cutting! Gorgeous and very inexpensive compared to local prices! Thanks, Wayfair!
