Fits perfect with an updated look
This was an exact replacement of the fan and duct in the two bathrooms of our 1997 Clayton manufactured home, with a more modern looking and lower profile vent cover. The perfect solution to old motors that had reached the end of their useful life. Slips right into place with no need to do anything to the sheetrock ceiling. Installation of the second fan went really quick after I figured out how to manipulate the metal clips that secure the central compartment protecting the wiring. Fans were very well packed and protected for shipping.
Exhaust fan replacement
The exhaust tube frame was bent… but I was able to fix it and use the new unit to replace the old unit that had a burned out fan motor.

Wrong Designs Time and Again
The fan design does not work. The two bathtub corners I purchased from you do not work with the surround bath walls and tubs I purchased. The design of the garden tub faucet I was sent is also wrong and doesn’t work. I have wasted a great deal of money and time on products purchased from Mobile Home Outfitters. I will not risk shopping here again.
Poorly wrapped for shipping caused damage to new unit.
Metal casing for fan was severely dented due to poor shipping. Plastic grill cover was cracked. Luckily I did not need to use these items as I was able to use the old materials again. Would not order again.
Have been using the fans
Have been using the fans (which fit great) in my bathrooms, but they don't seem to be really working well at getting the air moved up and out of the bathroom. Of themselves, they run properly and fit just right and seem to have plenty of power. They just don't circulate the air out of the room like I had hoped.
Tight Packaging Damaged the Item
The vents came packed in one box which was way too small for the two of them. As a result, one of the bents came deformed from both sides. It works ok, I straightened the damaged edges to insert it into the ceilibg, but that's not how the goods should be packed for shipping.
Easy to install, good fit.
Easy to install by a grandma. The last ones were 18 yrs old- if they last half as long, they're worth it.
