[Rewarded Review] Does not stop shedding

Beautiful rug, but it does not stop shedding and gets all over floors, furniture and clothes. Have vacuumed it a bunch of times at this point and the shedding hasn’t slowed down. It fills up the vacuum each time. I wish I could return it because I have to dust and vacuum everyday to keep up with all the shedding.

Couldn't decide on which color to get but the fawn is a great neutral that looks perfect in our living room! It's very Nordic Knots-ish for half the price.

Beautiful heavy rug that lays flat quickly!! It does shed a lot but we’ll see how that goes! Overall super soft and beautiful! I’m going more beige and changed out my previous rugsusarugs!

Incredibly Unprofessional

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!My husband and I were incredibly excited for this rug because of all of the good reviews that we've read online. We purchased it on September 30th and after a week went by, our rug pad came, but still no rug. We called customer service and were told that the rug is actually on back order (which we were not aware of when we made the purchase) and would be back in stock in about a week and that we'd receive an email once it had shipped. Because of how many good reviews that the rug has received, we were willing to wait. What I did not anticipate was having waited now for over a MONTH and still having NO RUG or shipping email.A week went by. Then two weeks. Still no rug. We called the customer service again and were again told that the rug would be back in stock in about a week and that we'd receive an email once it shipped. To make a long story short, it is now November 7th, and we still have no rug and no shipping email.I called customer service again today because I was told that it'd be back in stock by the 7th (after being told at least four other "in stock" dates from different customer service representatives), but when I asked for an update, I was told that the new "in stock" date was now sometime between November 12-20. Having had enough, I asked for a full refund and for a refund on the rug pad since we have a rug pad and no rug. Now, I'm having to fight with customer service to return and get a full refund on the rug pad since it's been 30 days since I purchased it even though I purchased it anticipating having a rug to put on top of it.Any 0/10 would not recommend buying from this company because this has been the most unprofessional experience that I've ever had making an online purchase. Wish me luck on getting a full refund from them on the rug pad.

I've been wanting an upgrade for my living room rug but was not liking anything I saw anywhere else. I saw this clean and simple style but the texture and color had me hooked. Looks plush without being shaggy, and the earthy green shade was instant need. I enjoy walking on this as its comfy on the feet. Makes my living room cool and earthy along with my plethora of plants.

Pretty frustrating to purchase this rug that was listed in stock and now here it is November and the "restocking" date keeps get pushed out. Do they even have the capacity to produce this rug or are they just taking informal loans from us all? Worse yet is that I am the one reaching out continually for updates. Why put customers through such a pain when you could do yourself the favor and just not allow anyone to purchase an item you simply do not have.

This rug is pretty but sheds like crazy. We’ve had it for about 8 weeks and have vacuumed several times and it still gets fuzz all over our clothes when playing on the floor. I would only use it in rooms where you don’t expect to sit on it. We bought it for our playroom and it isn’t great for that.

It is a beautiful color. It is currently shedding a bit, but it's still the first week. It's good quality. The will is more flexible then our last rug, It has a lot more stretch. But I'm very happy with this purchase.
