Lights stop working after a couple of years

installed ours in 2019. Loved it. Suddenly the lighting flickered and stopped working. Kholer's only solution is a replacement with 50% off the list price. So...a $650 fix. Ugh! The cable design is faulty. Beware!

Horrible experience

Most horrible and disappointing experience. Designed a bathroom Reno around this. Installed and light flickered and went off shortly after install. After many calls where I was told nothing could be done they replaced -I incurred shipping and electrician to install. This one has the same defect in the lights. I tried to tell them it was the electric piece but was finally told they would replace the door but it was on back order as they had supposedly made improvements. After months it finally arrived. Paid another fee for electrician to install yesterday and SAME RESULT. nothing has changed - one strip of light is dim and flickering. Why is this okay? The whole experience has been exhausting. Please spare yourself this pain.
