Beautiful area rug.

I bought this area rug to protect new wood floor from sun. I had previously purchased Safavieh brand rug so I sought this brand when making this purchase. Love the quality. It is beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice. Highly recommend.

Home Decorator's Dream Rug!

I needed an area rug that would brighten up my sunroom, which has plenty of windows but very dark interior. When the Vermont Barre 5x8 Ivory Abstract Rug arrived it was the answer. First, I was amazed at how lightweight it was when it arrived on my front porch and I picked the package. Second, it was well wrapped with two layers of plastic to protect it from dirt and moisture, and cardboard covers to protect the ends of the roll. Third, and the most amazing attribute, when I unrolled it, it laid perfectly flat; no curled up edges or corners. There is no need to tuck the corners under heavy objects or use carpet tape to hold it down. If you ever bought a rug and struggled to get it to lay flat, this is the rug for you!Its plush texture was soft to the touch and felt good on bare feet. Even on hardwood floors, I didn't feel the need for a pad, although I would imagine that would make it even more plush.I am completely satisfied and hope that it comes in other colors and patterns. A little disappointing

The quality of this rug I would say is a seven or eight out of ten. Initially, there was a powerful smell for about a day, then it went away. The color of the rug is perfect.The only really bad thing about the rug is. It's a little bit flimsy other than that, it's not a bad rug.

Awesome quality

This rug is constructed with high quality materials. It lays down flat and even right out of the roll. Has a little new carpet smell which isn’t bad. Very soft to walk on and seems to hold up well to a vacuum. Overall good value.

SAFAVIEH Vermont 5' X 8' Ivory carpet

The SAFAVIEH Vermont 5'X8' Ivory carpet is very nice looking.The ends around the entire rug are all closed up nicely and won't fray apart over time.Pros:1. There was no new carpet odor when we opened and laid the rug on the floor.2. The material in the rug is 70% wool and 30% cotton so it should wear very well under walking traffic.3. The design has raised flowers that are a lighter color than the base.4. The rug is very pliable (not stiff) and the ends laid perfectly flat on the floor.5. The rug arrived quickly wrapped in heavy plastic. Under normal shipping it will arrive dry to your location. It was not heavy.Cons:None.FYI:1. There is no backing on this rug if that makes a difference for you.2. The carpet specifications say 5' (60") X 8' (96"). The actual measurement was 62.5" X 96".If that makes a difference to your room layout.I do believe this carpet/rug will be a nice addition to your room. Less

Beautiful accent rug

The rug arrived well packaged in 2 layers of heavy plastic with cardboard protectors on each end. The rug is a nice neutral, a good weight and odor free. It is heavy enough to stay in place but light enough to move easily for cleaning.The design is an attractive repeating floral. The weave is loose and the loops may be a problem for animals ( nails / claws) or shoes with spiked heels. Overall an excellent rug.

Does not hold up well.

Loved it when I first got it. 2 years in and this has not held up well I’m a high traffic area. Would recommend for very low traffic areas.

I have the blue one, looks stunning. It does shed wool fibers if you roll around on it but thick and beautiful.

well made rug!

This is a beautiful rug. We love the light color with my daughters light theme room. it is surprisingly easy to keep clean since we have pets.

This rug is better than expected for the price. I originally ordered it for a bedroom but selected the wrong size and it was too big. I put it in the basement family room instead. Paired with a good quality wool rug pad, it is very soft even on the concrete floor.

These rugs are beautiful. They have a little pattern to them which makes them look very pretty. Very sturdy rugs. You will need floor tape to help them not slide around

Floral Rug

Love this rug. I was a little torn with the flower pattern to the rug. But over all it works and we have furniture covering most of it. I was expecting it to be all over ivory color so the flower pattern would be less noticeable. There is a darker background color you can see in my pictures.

Looks good. Can’t wait to get it set up in our bedroom.
