Professional installation highly recommended. Not a DIY, unless you do not want a clean professional look. Everything has to line up nearly perfectly. Uneven walls, don’t even attempt. Walls must be level max 1/8 or less gap of finished product. MUST use a waterproof sealing system (i.e. schluter system etc…) if no curb. PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Poor customer service. I bought this less than 2 weeks ago. The price dropped 200. ( It is now 799) They refused to adjust my price but rather to have me return the product. I would love to because in the end they lose money and a long time customer and will be many more as I will share my experience.

Complex but followed instructions and made 100% sure accuracy of opening and plumbness and it fit and works great .

We had this shower installed by a professional contractor. The show leaks on the hinge side as the door seal doesn't even come close to contact with the side panel. I am in communication withVigo but am unsatisfied all around. Do not buy this product.

Excellent product, definitely needed a professional to install, it is a kit to build the shower enclosure, lots of leveling, shims and releveling and more shims.

I'm afraid this whole assembly feels cheap and shoddy. The shower base deflects when you stand on it, and the door panels fit together awkwardly and have led to leaks.

I just recently purchased and install this product. The shower enclosure kit was easy to install. I don't think you need to be a pro to do it, just have to pay attention to details in the manual. You do need a second person to help with the door.

The hardware and glass are very sturdy. I used longer stainless steel wood screws than what were provided in the kit where possible. The ordering and install instructions were a bit confusing but it all worked out in the end. We are happy with the final product.

The glass panels are heavy and the hardware seem sturdy enough to support them. The install instructions are a little confusing so read them thoroughly before beginning. The Home Depot description and the Vigo installation guide are misleading on the size. Use the finished size in the Vigo guide to match against the HD description.

Looks great. We are very pleased. Highly recommend that you have it professionally installed as the process can be a bit tricky. We had a small leak but the contractor came back & resealed the area & now it’s great.

LEAKS constantly - could not get it to seal

This is a total disaster. LOOKS GOOD yes ha! but not with 4 towels on the ground to catch the water. AND yes I had a very good installer go slow and do each step and caulk everything, and yes I called VIGO and even sent then videos. You can't shower in a 36 by 36 and not get spray on the sides. Needs a way better sealing set up.
