I’m recovering from stage three gastric cancer and I need to work on strengthening. Bought this bench a couple of weeks ago and it’s just what I need. Able to do a full workout within an hour and half. Great investment.

Not worth it

I've only used this weight bench a few times and will be returning it. In general the construction seems fine and it's definitely stable; however, the back cushion wobbles and feels unsafe. I'm only 5'4" tall and this bench is still too small for me, my feet hit the front support and make it nearly impossible to perform leg extensions with good form. My barbell doesn't fit on the supports properly so I can't even use that portion of the bench without feeling like it'll fall on me. Everything about this bench is just awkward and uncomfortable.

All-in-one Results

Owned for a few weeks and already seeing results in legs, arms, and abs with 3 times a week 30 minute use! Both men and women friendly and effective. Sturdy enough to support 125 & 210 lbs. Only dislike the ab attachment clips are too small to use without damaging the metal. Will attempt to find replacements if manufacturer cannot provide adequate replacement.

Good set but not good for taller folks. It’s a smaller size and it’ll be a tight fit for them

Worth it

Sturdy nice solid weight bench. Took about 40 min to put together. Includes an instructional manual but no actual features manual (found a video on YouTube). Great investment and addition to my mini home gym.
