Does not cook all the way through
Directions stated about 30 minutes to cook chicken. Takes about an hour or so to safely cook but the chicken dries out. Also left rack in water and it began to rust.

Cheesy and does not cook
I ordered and paid for black machine but got white instead and it took about 3 hours for a 4 lb chicken to cook. There is no heat settings on this just a timer that maxes out at 120 minutes. I do not like it and do not recommend! I used it and again it took hours and after 2 hours the chicken still was not cooked inside. It says 20-30 mins for each lb. It was inaccurate because after 2 hrs it still did not work.

waited to get went and bought roasting chic the day it arrived . don't work! wouldn't heat up light never came on. very disappointed .
User friendly and Nice Attachments
I've used it only once, but it was good. The drip pan is deep enough to cook without much physical draining while the food cooks; the attachments allow for various portions and types of meat, or vegetables to be cooked. Overall I was happy, although the timer had problems for me.

It's just super!
There is not a better product on the market for the price of this type of small appliance. I used it to make Kabob's the first thing and was thrilled. I did a turkey breast for Thanksgiving and was just superb! I recommend it highly as it just takes the work of roasting to a minimum and has all the attachments to do roast beef and all kinds of small foul. It would be great on the meat rack to roast 4 small cornish hens. I think it is pretty endless as the possibilities go!
