Be careful Fed Ex will deliver even if damaged

Bought this smoker at unbelievable price. Sadly it was damaged during delivery AND FedEx still left it in my driveway (didn’t even have courage for ring doorbell to allow me to refuse it ). After Home Depot customer service told me I would have to return it to the store myself (which defeats the purpose of home delivery) I said I would try to use it within return window. I’m glad I didn’t return it. While dented up a bit, the unit has worked very well and has upped my bbq game.

The handle is poorly designed. The second time I used it, the handle broke off. Upon inspection, it had only four tack welds. I am unable to locate a replacement handle for the smoker on both Home Depot and Vevor’s website.

I really enjoyed the pellet smoker! I noticed that you MUST keep an eye on the loader and fire. Instructions are in need of improvement. Also, shipping is a concern due to packaging and shipping issues with weight. Overall good!

The box that the smoker arrived in was extremely damaged. There was a missing screw that attaches lid to the smoker. I contacted manufacture tech support and I am still waiting for the resolution of the missing screw.
