Customer service needs an overhaul. Product was delivered and was unable to function as it should. Multiple emails sent and received and also sent a video to watch. Nothing helped. The metal was stuck together. Instead of being sent a new juicer or given a refund, I was offered 65.00. What? How is this good service? I never got to use the juicer and now have to go through credit card company to get money back Terrible customer service.

Damage

This arrived to me damaged and I’m very disappointed. There was not a phone number tocall for me to call customer service. I had to submit an email and wait to get an email back. This was a gift to my husband. We were looking forward to using it and it looks as if the carrier must’ve dropped it all over the place cause everything is broken and instead of replacing it, they sending me emails.

I didn't use it. It took me a lot of work and got friends to help me on open it for cleaning. Then we found the interior is aluminum and harmful to human health. I would have been happy with it if it were made with stainless steel. We use the pulp making other food. So it's important for the customer not be harmed by aluminum in any way.

Tried to call them !!! Email them !!! NO ANSWER !!!! The feed tube adjustment is a JOKE !!!! Very Shitty Machined !!! Buy something different !!!

DEFECTIVE JUICER

This juicer never worked. The day it arrived i opened it and it never worked. i immediately attempted to contact the company to request a return label and not once has a human being contacted me. i even tried chat bot and that did not work. i have requested a return label over a dozen times and all i receive are computer generated communication and no return label. Considering i purchased a warranty this shows this is all one fraud. just send me a return label.......................PLEASE

Top was jammed on too tight, and the instructions were not very clear about how to remove it. We finally figured it out, using a hammer to remove the lid for cleaning.

Works great. Fast and easy to clean.

I invested in my juicer I lost the screw that assembles the whole machine to work and they couldn't help me 😞 now I don't know where to get the screw I only used it for 2 months 😞 if anyone can help me get it please let me know
