The left front axle is misthreaded!

Product arrived with a critical problem. The left front axle is misthreaded so I can’t get the plastic nut to tighten down enough to hold the wheel in place. If at all possible, I would appreciate a replacement of the front left axle assembly and the associated nuts, bolts and washers. How can I make this happen?

Der Ziehgriff stört beim arbeiten wenn man darauf sitzt, die Befestigung der Ziehstange ist geschraubt und nicht einfach zu lösen, da könnte man eine bessere Lösung finden. Sonst guter Helfer bei der Arbeit.

This rolling seat works well for what I need! It is stable on flat ground. So far the tires are staying inflated. The frame seems strong enough for me!

I did manage to get it together. Would have been helpful if instructions had listed wrench sizes needed. Also would have been helpful if instructions had provided advise on how to get steering mechanism to loosen up so it turns easily, which is doesn't. Easier to pick it up and point it where it is suppose to go than try to make it turn. Good for straight lines but not for curves.

High quality, good design.

Fairly easy to assemble- good directions, no missing or damaged parts. Easy to manage and roll around. Seat is comfortable for 70 year old lady with large rear, seat height adjustable with a simple spin. Very high quality all steel.

I'm getting older and finding it hard around my garden. I've been looking at these Garden Cart with Seat for some time, I did want a Blue one but they were sold out. I got my cart and bolted it all together, not difficult. It gets used everywhere around the yard, for sitting on to relax in the shade, for working alongside the wheelbarrow when potting or re-potting plants and for carrying stuff, like bags of potting mix and pot plants themselves, that can get a bit heavy. When carrying plants you just have to be careful of the balance. It has become a very handy cart and I recommend it.

Works well but need stronger stop bolt on the seat riser mechanism. Cotter pin can be overcome and shears
