Happy replacement

I ordered to replace a leaking hose (same exact hose). It works like a charm. Great service from Build.

Shower hose

Works great. Serves the purpose

We returned the Kohler personal shower hose because it did not lay flat against the tile and the large loopy direction of the hose could not be worked out. We attempted to use warm water to reverse the way it stood out awkwardly into the tub-shower area, but it still stuck out. We did not shower with it, and instead took it back and bought a hansgrohe hose instead. It could be that once it was used with hotter water that it might "drape" downward more readily, but we didn't want to take a chance with it. Our shower plumbing set-up is hansgrohe, so we decided to just stick with the same brand of hose, which lays flat and doesn't protrude into the showering area.

Excellent replacement hose for hand held shower

Love this. It looks so much better than the old hose, and is much easier to keep clean.

This Jose did not meet my needs and I didn’t realize it until after I had rcvd it. I needed two female ends and it wasn’t the type I needed. So, I returned it and got the hose I needed.

I will not buy a smooth hose like this the next time I need to replace it

The smooth hose is very attractive . Unfortunately, it is not very functional because it is so stiff. I am stuck with one but will never buy another one.

It's the hose on the right. Was trying to get the closest match to the existing stainless steel panel. It works well enough

Great Product, customer service and warranty

We have all Kohler products in our house which we build 20 years ago, everything works great. No issues and still holding up looks and performance.

unacceptable plastic hose

I was shocked when we opened the box and the plumber said, you are going to love it all except the hose, it is plastic. I thought he was kidding! I immediately got online and ordered the metal hose. The two ends were chrome and medal but he hose itself was plastic!!! How can you put this on a nice looking Hydro Rail system that is over $1000. & feel ok about it??? We love the whole system but that hose was unacceptable. This is not like Kohler.

With patience this is a great shower hose

I originally bought this in an awaken shower kit. After reading the reviews I imagined the worst. Yes initially it was hanging awkwardly in the shower but now after a couple months of use it is perfect like a metal hose. After my first impression I had ordered a metal hose for our second bathroom, but I sent that one back and ordered instead another one of this smooth shower hoses. Advantage of this hose is you can easily clean it compared to a metal hose. In our bathroom it looks sleek and modern. I am happy with this shower hose.

I installed it to replace a broken hose on my existing showerhead. Note that the original showerhead was from a different brand, so I guess they are interchangeable. It was easy to install and works very well. It is flexible and connects without any leaks etc. The only problem I have is that the silver color doesn't really look like metal at all; it looks more like a low-end stage prop. It would have probably been better to just paint it gray. Aside from kind of looking ugly, it works perfectly.

Great quality and easy connections. Sturdy and has rubber washers and mesh filters. Also it’s metal and yet flexible enough.

Smooth hand shower hose

It doesn't leak, but it does not have a quality appearance, and remains "kinked" even after several uses with hot water. After installing this hose, I removed it and replaced it with the spiral metal one.
