The sprayer hose is short.

Faucet is perfect replacement . I do wish the spray nozzle hose was a bit longer.

There was not any written instructions. Instructions were pictures only. The width of the fixture was a very tight fit which made it very difficult to thread the plumbing to the fixture.

We were looking to replace our garage sink which is about 15 years old. It was great to see that the install had some wiggle room for spacing of the inlets since the original ones weren't completely standard. Overall well made and very functional kitchen faucet

Easy to install. No installation information at all. Part breakout was adequate to install. Sprayer is outstanding!!

I ordered a new stainless-steel sink for my shop and got the faucet through the Lowe's Loop program. I installed everything and am extremely happy so far. Everything works great no leaks, extra parts for repairs in future.

[Rewarded Review] Seems well built, lack of real Instructions is bad

Seems well built. Its heavier than I thought it was going to. Arrived in a nice box with foam that separated everything nicely. One issue that has kinda hampered me is the "Instructions" that came with it. Its not really Instructions, just diagrams showing all the parts. More clear Instructions would be nice.

Look and works well. Had to go to Utube for installation guide.

Do not buy, broke in 4 months

I bought this faucet four months ago for a commercial establishment for our dishwashing sink. It sprung multiple leaks and completely broke within four months of installation. Terrible product quality. I also reached out to the manufacturer and they have ignored my request to file a warranty claim to get a replacement. Avoid this company.

The sprayer quit working two or three weeks after it was installed. It was a waste of money.

No installation instructions

Purchased this unit for a commercial dishwashing sink. Looking at the “instructions” and all it was is the exploded view of the faucet. I looked on the Home Depot site and the instructions are a photo of the faucet taken apart. I guess this is a poke and pray situation. Good luck!

The BWE Commercial grade, restaurant two handle and faucet with pull down sprayer valve for pre-rinsing before placing in the dishwasher was ordered because of the BWE name brand. I like the high quality and standard design that has been used for decades in the business. Specifically I like the ease of installation. The quality is very good with many years of service anticipated. I'm happy that Home Depot stocks this design with their always affordable price.
