Beautiful tree! Going up for a 3rd year, none worse for the wear.

We bought this tree because we wanted a smaller tree. Our other tree was very nice quality so we were disappointed with this one. I really want to love it but too many things wrong with it. First, it takes a very long time to shape it. 2, one broken branch right out of the box which I used a glue gun to hold it on. 3, some furry clump was tangled in the needles and we were afraid we were going to find a dead animal but thank goodness we didn’t. 4, some of the metal branches are too loose and they hang too far down. 5, very difficult to string lights because the lights get caught on the twigs and cones. 6, because of the twigs my arm got very scratched up just from stringing the lights. 7, does not look like the the image. I hope I can make it look nice once I hang the ornaments and hopefully I can leave the lights on when I pack it up after Christmas because I do not want to string lights on it ever again.

I like it but it's not much like pictured. There are many huge "holes" on the tree that no amount of fluffing seem to remedy. It's quite wobbly too, and there are no keys on the stand that allow you to tighten it up so it stays steady. That being said, the "holes" make the tree seem more like a real, imperfect tree. I'll be filling the holes with oversize ornaments.

Received our tree in two large boxes - put it together on no time at all! Separated the branches and cannot wait to decorate. We have had live trees for 20+ years - this is our first "fake" tree and we could not be happier with our our purchase!!
