Keep your money!

I had issues purchasing this on the Lowe's app. I called customer service for assistance. This was not the faucet I wanted but the one I received. I was ok with it because I was deciding between this one and another Kingston Brass Heritage Oil Rubbed Bronze, just with different handles. I wish I had received the correct faucet! We received the wrong installation instructions. Thank goodness my husband is a carpenter and was able to install it. One of the handles has broken already, and we don't have cold water. I will need to order a new handle. It's only been installed for a couple of months. Spending $224 on ANYTHING, you would think it would last longer than a couple of months. They one I replaced was purchased from Wal-Mart and was only $50ish. It was in place for 10yrs without issues. I only replaced because I liked the "look" of this one. 😕

Looks beautiful… however, we have had it for ONLY 2 years now. Stopped working. Side spray pipe burst. Husband found a screw inside of it. Not impressed as we’ve had it for 2 years. Would NOT recommend.

Arrived fast. So far works great and looks like a good heavy quality.

Classic vintage faucet

Its a beautiful unique vintage faucet, complete with side sprayer and of good quality. Unfortunately, the old faucet I had was fixed by my husband so I end up returning this item.

Very attractive but flow is very low and there was a flaw in one of the faucets that led to a significant leak and a rather large plumbing bill. Wayfair cheerfully and efficiently provided a replacement for the whole system.

It looks beatiful with our cherry wood cabinets. Our home is Victorian style so the vintage look of these fit in well.

Great faucet!….But…..??😢

Very nice quality. Exactly what we needed! But within two months we had a leak! The cold water faucet body had a crack! I called the Kingston company. They’ve been very nice telling us what to do, but I had no proof of purchase( exact date- only credit card info) from Overstock, so they can not and will not replace anything. It came with a ten yr warranty! We are bummed. Can Overstock provide me with that information??

Poor Quality!

We purchased a new Kingston Brass Heritage High Arc Faucet and Sprayer. After just 13 months of average daily use the sprayer began to malfunction with water spraying out the side. Items looks great but quality is very poor and suggest you look for a better-known higher-quality brand!

I love my new kitchen faucet. It works very smoothly and has a great retro look to it. A slight delay in receiving it due to weather-related issues but i was kept informed and certainly wouldn't rate it down because of that. Home Depot has a great selection of faucets and i was able to find just what i was looking for at a good price.

This faucet is beautiful, and well made. It was easy to install and took under 1 hour as long as everything is there. We replaced a 15 year old faucet that was an American Standard and the tough part was removing the old faucet. Have tools handy for removal of old faucet and the installation for the Kingston Brass Heritage was very easy to install. I removed the flow restrictor from the faucet because the flow was too low. Now it is perfect and the flow is better.

I love the design, and would like to give this a higher rating, except for one thing that is really bothering me…When you turn the faucet on - you have to turn the handle almost 3/4’s of the way before water flows. SOMETHING is wrong there, and my contractor is very use to installing faucets, but neither of us could figure out what might be causing that. So now it’s installed, & I suppose I’ll just have ‘to deal with it’. Note: They didn’t include a ‘key’ for part of the installation process (that’s usually included), so he had to end up buying a whole set - just in order to have the one he needed. The product is beautiful, but is it made well? I hope it holds up!

I recently remodeled my kitchen and i bought this because it was brushed nickel in the type of handle arrangement i needed for the sink i purchased. It looks beautiful and works as is should. It came with all the parts needed for the contractor to install it. I received rave reviews from my family who complimented me on my excellent taste!! I would buy this again and recommend it to those considering this purchase. I splurged a liittle and glad i did!!

Great faucet!

Thrilled with this faucet! I had to replace my 14 year old kitchen faucet and was searching high & low for a sImilar style & profile. This faucet not only looks better it was less expensive than the original. Highly recommend.

Look Good. Performs Poorly

This is a good looking faucet. Unfortunately, there is not enough water pressure. I've had it for barely two months, and now the cold comes out in a trickle, and the hot comes out drop-by-drop. It seems that after using the side sprayer it somehow has put the two handles in a "lock position" where only the water from the sprayer comes out nice and strong, but water from the faucet barely comes out.

I was very happy w/ your service and the quality of my faucet! But I had to keep calling in plumbers to see why there was such low water pressure. Yesterday I had it and called in a third plumbing Co. , they said it was an internal deficit that they did not have the means to fix. They suggested I return for a new one, but I just cannot be without! I had them install a new one from their shop, and it all works perfect:). I have just started buying from wayfair and have been so please and excited about your quality & services. I am willing to return this old one, if we could work out Any type of compensation. This experience has caused me to rethink online buying. I have put more money into this faucet between all the service calls & another one to buy and install again. This faucet is gorgeous! Its heavy, extremely well made, the white porcelain dots on the handle are written hot cold, it coordinates beautifully with my antique white vanity with white marble top. Yes, Im using it in my bathroom but without the hand sprinkler. I will buy another like this for my kitchen! Its a beautiful well made faucet and it swivels! See pics. Love it! Still renovating. . .

I got this faucet in the dark bronze finish because it's so close to being black! I was so pleased when it arrived. It's much better looking than I was hoping for. You just can't tell how something will turn out when you order on line, so when my faucet arrived, I was surprised and very pleased. The faucet is much, much heavier than I expected and the finish is beautiful! I haven't had it installed yet, but I really don't think there will be any problems. Even the spray handle is heavy brass. My only concern is how it will hold up to our hard water, but I think it will be fine. Can't wait to use it!!

I truly love this faucet! I didn't want to review it before using it for awhile and now that we've had it for over a year, I can definitely say we love it! Not only is it a GREAT price, but it's sturdy and functions like a dream!
