Record player was in great shape, and works well. Only feedback is that it was somewhat dirty and could have been cleaned up a little bit. Overall Im very satisfied with my purchase!

Disappointing - no replacement needles work

Bought this for Christmas for my daughter. Needle is broken and replacement needles Audio-Technica AT-3600LA don't seem to go on or stay on.

Works well, but will not pair with our LG soundbar, which is a disappointment. The limited controls and indicators and lack of associated app makes it impossible to monitor the pairing attempts. Of course it may well pair with other soundbars, or our soundbar may be at fault.

Works great and super easy to set up right out of the box. It looks great and I got a great deal at Barnes and Noble. My only complaint would be the sound. It could be a lot louder but once I get a Bluetooth soundbar we’ll be rockin’ out for sure.

Great Entry Level Turntable; You Will Need an Additional Speaker, I Don't Recommend Bluetooth Streaming Your Vinyl.

Out of the box, easy to setup. If you're looking for something that sounds amazing out of the box, this isn't it. The volume on it is pretty low. I bought a bluetooth speaker to go with it, don't do this. If you're playing vinyl and trying to stream through bluetooth, a lot is lost. I recommend getting an additional speaker and connecting it through and RCA cable, then switch the back to LINE and it sounds amazing. I am happy with this purchase at $80.

Great entry level record player. Got this for my daughter who is a huge Taylor Swift fan and she absolute loves it. She is content with the inbuilt speakers. Me personally being an audiophile would connect to external speakers, but the sound quality of the inbuilt speakers is good enough. Durability is great. Simple to use. I mean an 8 year old can operate it without reading any manuals.

Have been using this to play old collection of LPs and used both speakers and BLUETOOTH. It does link to Bluetooth but confusing at first. Need press BTout button when record is playing and waiting for other device to be recognised.

I received this as a Christmas gift. I had requested a record player, as I enjoy my old LPs. HOWEVER, the Red LED light that should show what mode you are in has never come on, and I have not gotten any of the functions to work (probably because of the non-functioning RED LED LIGHT). The actual unit has a poor base, it does not line up with the machine, and I can see below the turntable, where it should be covered with a typical fake wood cover. The manufacturing of this machine is obviously very poor quality. Apparently, no one actually tries this out to see if the RED LED LIGHT ever comes on, and thus, the machine does absolutely nothing. If I could give this a negative number of stars, I would do so. Oh, and I cut my thumb trying to release the poor excuse for a lever to close the top of the machine.

Went beyond my expectations! Very easy set up and good sound. I hooked it up to an "ancient" amp and some well-used speakers and...boom! Wow! Now i can revisit my vinyl collection of 50+ years again. I spent more earlier in the year on an inexpensive record player that was $100 bucks more that the Victrola and it was awful. Had to return it. Thanks for helping me listen to my favorites!

Plays great, Bluetooth feature, BEST GIFT EVER

I love the sleek look, it plays great and the Bluetooth feature is so great because I connect the vinyl player to my speaker thru the aux and just connect my phone w Bluetooth and have a beautiful wireless situation going on. BEST GIFT EVER!

Disappointed

Bought this turntable as a Christmas gift. The sound is terrible! Bought directly from Victrola and their return policy is not beneficial to the buyer - read carefully! So wanted to love it but the sound is very uneven and at times distorted. Would NOT recommend.

perfect for filling up one room

it plays the record smoothly. its a great turntable, however it is quiet. on its max setting it fills up my bedroom nicely. if you wanted it to fill up an apartment or house you would need to connect it to speakers.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for a family member, and they went out of town and did not have a chance to try it until today 01/20. The needle broke the very first time it was used, right out of the box. They are stuck with a broken record player as it is now past the return period because they were out of town. Do not buy this and consider very carefully whether to buy an item from Best Buy because of a shortened return period.

The sound is amazingly crisp and clear! The AudioTechnica cartridge/needle coupled with the Victrola inner engineering has created a masterpiece that’s a must have for every audiophile!

Great value/sound b/c it has audio technica needle

Tried 4 units and found this to have sound equal to audio technica $170 player, but this has blue too the so I can direct the sound to a portable stereo. Other Victrola and Crosley have cheaper needle and lower quality sound.

Great little unit. Looks nice and plays well. Haven't connected it to a larger system yet, but plan to do so once I obtain the correct cables. Happy to be playing records again!
