Bad quality and poor audio

Was sent this as a replacement from an older model and this one feels very cheap compared to my other one. This one has such cheap sound to it and with the one speaker on the top really just sounds horrible. The overall quality is ok but the sound is not

Not built to last

Broke down a few months after the warrantee expired. Very disappointing. Also the sound quality was always trash.

Highly impressed except for one thing

Overall I believe the product is amazing, but I have one major problem. There is no Bluetooth for headphones only speakers. This is 2024 where almost no headphones even have the ability to connect with an aux cord, and for $100 I think it’s only fair to include that. But with all of that said I still very much enjoy the product and will continue to do so. Thank you for your time.

This was a a gift for my daughter and she loved, we had originally had one before that had a malfuction and when we contacted Victrola Customer Service they responded right away and send us a new replacement in less then a week.

Had gotten a record player as a company prize and had an issue, cut more service was top notch. Very responsive and helped resolve the issue almost instantly.

Amazing sound quality

Finally a portable with great sound,, I love this little player,, wanted to pick up some spare needles but cannot find them anywhere, the red ones are all that comes up and this one uses a white one with no aftermarket replacements… also can’t find them on this site? What’s up Victrola… will I have to change out the entire cartridge when the needle wares out?

Delightful little machine

This record player was very easy to set up and connect to my Bluetooth speakers. One day in, playing old 45's and it's so much fun. 3 speeds , 45 adapter, speaker that is included is better than the one I had in my green transistor radio, circa 1973. Buy it, it's fun.
