Perfection for summertime! Eliminates the too hot too cold problem when running AC at a reasonable night time temp (65-67 F). I think it will be just right for winter as well in combination with a wool blanket.

Vienna Coverlet

We recently went from a queen to a king sized bed and needed new bedding. Our first choice was a coverlet from Peacock Alley as we have owned their products in a queen size for years and they still look like new. The new Vienna coverlet is beautiful and very generously sized. It is extremely well made and we know it will last for years.

Absolutely beautiful!I have this set for 25 years for my king master bedroom for summertime.So I finally decided to get the same set for my queen guest bedroom. Both are equally extremely high quality.

Vienna Coverlet

I purchased this beautiful coverlet in a Cal. King to have full coverage for a thick Queen mattress with a mattress topper.This Matelasse coverlet is very nicely designed and fabricated.

Less than.....

I am not as pleased as I thought I would be with my purchase. The spread is not a good fit for my bed. I also can't all the wrinkles out. It is waaay to big/heavy for my washer/dryer to that is not an option.

This is a classic piece

This is a classic piece of incredible quality. I got the coverlet and sham set and exceeded my expectations. The fabric is sumptuous and soft. I hope to use it for many years. Tbe ivory color goes great with my warm color bedroom. Highly recommend!

Elegant and classic

I have bought this bedspread before, although it was many years ago as the old one lasted so long. The design is simple, but elegant. The weight is heavy enough so that you sleep soundly, but still okay for the summer months.

Beautiful coverlet

I had the Vienna coverlet for my mom years ago. I recently ordered he same Vienna style for my bed. It is elegant. I ordered a King for my queen bed to be sure to cover the box spring on my iron bed. It was too large by ALOT on the sides.While I returned it, I plan to order a queen and hopefully that one will work.

I absolutely love the coverlet. The design on the fabric is beautifully done, and it feels and looks very luxurious. It’s very light weight that I can use for all seasons.

Finally an oversized matelassé

This bedspread has a lovely pattern on it, Matelassé in design but with a unique pattern. I was looking for something that was larger than a coverlet so that would drape well below the edge of the mattress and box spring I Purchased, the king and the two pillow covers that come with it are sized exactly to the king size mattress. It is the perfect weight for warm weather.

Great Merchandise

As always, great looks, quality, and just the right weight. I have a coverlet that I purchased years ago and it looks as good as when I purchased it. I launder it weekly and because of the quality one would think it is new.

Beautiful quality, elegant design. This is my second Vienna matelasse. The shams are also lovely. The fabric has a quality weight. The draping when on the bed looks classic.

Beautiful Fabric, Perfect Color and Machine Washable

I am remodeling so I am looking for new bedding for my master bedroom. I am a big fan of coverlets/comforters that are machine washable. I ordered several fabric samples from FLandB and the clear winner was the Peacock Alley Vienna Matelasse in Linen. The fabric is just beautiful, the color is perfect and it is machine washable. Mixed reviews

This is a very pretty coverlet with a good weight to it. The design is beautiful, but not reversible. The main issue is that it feel like burlap and after washing, it's even more scratchy. I would expect at least a little softness to it, but this is not comfortable against the skin.

The weight is something that is very appealing. Next to food and clothing, beautiful, well-made bedding is essential. I am more than satisfied.

I have had a Vienna

I have had a Vienna matalesse on our bed for many years. Of course, when we got a king sized bed, a new coverlet was in order. LOVE IT. It’s clean and crisp and classic and contemporary. Combined with beautiful shams, our bed looks cozy and luxurious. Comfort personified.

This cover replaces one of

This cover replaces one of the same design that I purchased 10 years ago. After 10 years the original is still in fair condition, but has some minor damage caused by our cat. The quality and fit of this bedding is very good. The classic design works well in a historic or contemporary home.
