Misses the Mark
I like Vigo products. This kitchen faucet however, does not live up to my expectations from them. The spout reach plus angle puts the stream of water way too far forward. The spout hose could use an additional swivel in it as well, as some companies do.
Vigo faucet
Like the looks and utility. Second one purchased for new home. Found customer service very responsive.
Great faucet
Great faucet, great sale price
Gorgeous faucet
Well made, heavy weight, and solid construction.
Very bad quality gonna have to repurchase another one
Excellent Quality
Over 12 years and still great looking and functional. I’m only here to find a filter replacement because my city water is worst than ever.
Faucet
This faucet is dripping! It has only been in use for a month. I want to return it by it has been longer than 30 days.
Not a good option
The faucet spray only worked on one of the two options after a year. It leaked right away. I replaced after a year. while if looked good, I wouldn't recommend.
New Kitchen faucet
Great quality for the price! Normal install. Very happy with the product and turn time from order to delivery.
It’s just ok
My only two complaints are, one, the faucet head doesn’t always stay put! It drops off the magnet. Two, the spray button doesn’t work. If I push it to spray, I have to turn faucet off to make it stream and not continue spray.

Problematic Faucet
I bought this faucet over a year ago. Overall, it works fine. It is slow to respond when changing back from spray to solid. The biggest problem has been the water level becoming loose and needing to be replaced. It is covered under the warranty, but cost $24.95 in shipping and handling, which was a lot of money that was fairly new. It is already loosening and headed for trouble again - the more you have to tighten it, the threads start to strip.
This is it! Sturdy
Glad I found d this! Very sturdy, can see this lasting better than the basics… nice looking to boot but I’m more about functionality and this is certainly a great faucet

Broke within a Year; Warranty is a Sham
I purchased the Aylesbury Pull-Down Spray Kitchen Faucet last year and it is no longer working properly. I had a plumber take a look at it because at first I wasn't sure whether the issue was the faucet or something else, but the water pressure coming from the faucet was extraordinarily low. It's so low that the water hitting the bottom of the sink isn't a solid stream, it's drips. Obviously, this makes doing simple tasks (like washing dishes, filling a pot, etc.) extremely frustrating and time consuming. After trying to fix the issue for over an hour, taking the easily removable pieces of the faucet off, cleaning them and re-installing them, the problem actually got worse. The plumber determined the problem was within the base of the faucet--most likely a faulty part. Luckily, VIGO has a 1-year warranty, right? Wrong. It's a parts-only warranty, which means that when I reached out to customer service to have my faucet replaced, they would not send me a new faucet. Instead, they sent me about half a dozen emails filled with instructions (Steps 1 through 12...) on how to disassemble this faucet to test each and every feature of the faucet to determine which part exactly was broken so that they could ~send me that single piece of the faucet~. I don't know about you, fellow consumer, but I am not a plumber. I am not even a handyman. I am simply someone who wants to rinse my plate in under 90 seconds. After many, many emails back-and-forth with customer service, who insisted that I didn't need any special tools to attempt to disassemble my faucet, they offered to have me uninstall the entire faucet and mail it to them so that they could perform quality control tests on it and then mail it back to me. The cost of having someone uninstall and reinstall this faucet is far more than what this faucet is worth. Save yourself the headache, and buy a brand name faucet. Instead of dealing with this for another four weeks, I am ordering a ****** from ******, and I highly suggest you do the same.

The outflow seems to leak and the handle is looose or poorly constructed. I am not impressed with it.
Sleek
Well made, sleek. Really nice finish. Ease to install.
No deck plate included so had to return

Nice faucet BUT be mindful of type of install
This is a great faucet, however we learned at fhe time of installation of our granite countertop that the lever is more of an older style, which rotates all the way back for hot water. That means you can’t install it at the back of a sink where a wall is near, especially with a standard backsplash. So this is better suited for an island, or where there is a larger gap behind the sink. We are installing a larger sink, so that could be a factor. Just measure a few more times before you buy. The necessary opening in the countertop is the standard 1-3/8”, fortunately, so we’ll be able to swap it out.
flooded kitchen
looks like an awesome design but black tubing starting leaking sending water back down flooding the kitchen. Of course home depot cant exchange product has to be return and since they don't carry instore wait two days with out faucet.
