Very nice outdoor chair.

The chair material is very sturdy and the wood effect on the material is a plus. Assembly took about 20 minutes and is straight forward using the instructions. My package did not include the 4mm T-handle but luckily I had a hex that fit. The only suggestion I have is that you may need a small Phillips screwdriver or long nail when installing the back in step 3. I could not find the holes on the lower section and had to slide it back and forth to locate the starter hole.

I absolutely love this Polywood products and was so excited to see Wayfair was carrying it. Not only is the product comfortable, it's stylish and durable. It is worth paying the price to have Polywood. I have had Polywood Adirondack chairs in the front yard for years. They stay out there all year round, never fading, not breaking, it's the best outdoor furniture and the only kind I would purchase. LOVE it!!!

Sturdy but defective

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Polywood. The chairs are heavy and sturdy but this time one of the chairs was not put together properly in the factory. The crossbar screw is not in completely and screw head is stripped. This is factory installed, not my part of assembly. I’m disappointed in quality control that this would happen and still be shipped out.

Won’t purchase again

The chair really looks plastic. One of the pre drilled bolt holes was off and I needed to drill it out. One of the chairs is catawonky after assembly. The website did not indicate I had to assemble the chair. The chair doesn’t dry off well after rain. Water remains on the seat for over 20 hours. It is slatted so I don’t understand why it stays wet so long.

Wow! Assembly was difficult. Predrilled holes didn't always line up. And the polywood is not very high quality. They DEFINITELY look plastic.

Big fan of the polywood outdoor furniture. We have used various pieces at rental properties and it holds up beautifully. It is heavy enough that it does not blow away in high winds.

Chair is good quality, heavy- so it won’t blow around. The first chair the holes weren’t drilled in all spots and took an hour to figure it out. The second chair we ordered, the holes were drilled and it took 10 minutes to put together. Love these chairs.

Attractive and comfy chair!

Bought 2 and a round table. Like the chairs are sturdy - but can move to over by our Polywood sofa if we need extra seating.

Good material, poor quality control

These are heavy duty chairs that I trust will be long-lasting. I ordered two vineyard garden chairs and the 37" farmhouse dining table. On one chair 1) a hole wasn't drilled, and 2) the back piece that rests into an indentation doesn't line up correctly with the hole that was drilled. Despite these issues I was able to assemble the chairs.

Love the chair! Very sturdy! Bought the side table too! And the bench!

Sturdy and easy to assemble

I love polywood products for their durability and longevity. We wanted chairs for our roof deck that were higher than an Adirondack chair, but wider than a dining chair. It is also comfortable. This is the perfect height and width. It was also very easy to put together. There is a decorative piece under the front of the seat that said you can use a screwdriver, but it definitely needed a power drill. It is not a necessary piece though if you don't have one.

Great Chairs in a Narrow Space

Beautiful Nantucket chairs and side table. Because I have a narrow terrace, I ordered dining chairs with arms, which worked well, instead of Adirondacks. Assembly went well except for a misdrilled hole on each back. Polywood quickly replaced the backs, which I appreciated. All in all, great experience!

All pieces had problems

You shouldn't keep asking for reviews as all the pieces I purchased had issues and are not yet resolved. The wait for a response to the warranty claims was longer than committed so I called, and new parts are being sent. But I have not been able to use the bench or the chairs yet since all the backs need to be replaced. Holes in the wrong place, not drilled, wrapped back etc. I wanted these for a July 4th party. They arrived in time but unfortunately could not be assembled with the defective parts. Hopefully the replacement parts will work out. I have a lot of Polywood and these are the first I have had issues with so it seems the QC has slipped. QC ad response times should improve to get a good rating.

Polywood Vineyard Frame Chairs are Beautiful

Don’t second guess yourself with these Polywood Vineyard Frame chairs. The chairs are wider and heavy duty! Excellently made for years of use. I don’t have to worry if a larger guest sits in the chair. I highly recommend and remember, these chairs have the 20 year Polywood warranty.

Beautiful, sturdy chair. Arrived missing required drilled holes in back panel but CS stepped in & sent replacement part.

Easy to assemble and quite comfortable. I like that I'm able to sit more upright and use a small pillow for lower lumbar back support.

So worth the price- they have really made our front porch beautiful and we use them all the time.

Super great to have furniture that actually stands up to the outside elements!! Just hose it off and it looks brand new. Second season of continuous year round exposure and they look brand new. Heavy too. Not easily blown around
