Damaged

Couch I waited a month for came and the pallet it came on from Fedex was basically destroyed so leg came broken off couch and deep scratches throughout furniture. Sent photos so now waiting on another couch which will be a week for it to come. Kinda disappointed i have waited a long time to get this seating. Hoping the next one is good as I have an upcoming party and wanted this couch for it.

Unsurpassed consumer assemblage.

Quality of parts, assembly of same, attention to lining up nut/bolt connections are UNsurpassed. Been putting consumer furniture together for 60 years. THIS set was/is the best I have EVER assembled. Uh, it looks good, too.

Great ottoman and chairs but cushions need a better design.

The framing is great and well made. However, the cushions slide off easily cuz there's nothing (like a strap) attaching them and the side walls don't come up high enough to keep the cushion on. The cushions need be more dense as well; not sure how long they will last being so plush.

Very well made. It comes all assembled. Just what we were looking for. Sturdy enough to be used as an extra seat. You can't go wrong with Polywood.

Disappointed

I like the quality and color but had no idea there would be a zipper on one side of the cushion instead of underneath. It’s kind of an eye sore. Also, the cushion doesn’t stay in place at all. It slides off constantly.

Mediocre and no cushion ties

I truly wish the cushions had ties. When you use the ottoman it always slides off. The quality is decent, but "quality vs. price" is challenging. Knowing what I know now about Polywood, I would have gone with a similar product that was much less expensive (with ties on the cushions). They have a return policy, but having discarded the boxes & not having the time to deal with it, we will just keep all the pieces. I hope someday they add ties to all cushions so when I have to replace this cushion there is a tie-down option.

Beautiful furniture; Great value

We love our Polywood furniture!!!! We bought beautiful red Adirondack chairs for our fire pit area and loved them so much we invested in the vintage Vineyard sectional for our “upper deck”. We love THAT so much we are ordering a few more pieces to expand the area.

Nice but had to disassemble to assemble

We ordered two of these and if it wasn't for the experience of assembling, it would have been 5 stars. The first ottoman I could not get the pieces to line up correctly. I then went to the second ottoman and that was able to line up correctly. I determined that the pre-assembled screws were put in at the wrong place so I had to remove those and then get the top part of the ottoman to line up correctly. I then drilled the screws back in and all the holes were now lining up.

Durable and comfy

I love Polywood, I actually little by little but the whole set. It's very durable it looks good. And it's very easy to assemble. My wife actually did all the assembly. For sofa club chair ottoman in the lakeside deep seating we love it and use it all the time also have bought nautical Adirondack chairs in the sand color. There is a store here in Naples Florida that do a very good service for polywood. I always recommend people to KB patio because they sell Polywood because they are very reputable store and they charge the same price as the polywood website. I tell people up north and always by the beach you need furniture you got to get Polywood!

Always love the furniture from Polywood! And this piece is no exception! This was our second major purchase from Polywood as it was part of a big set. It is both comfortable and stylish! And the seat cushions are very comfortable! I highly recommend any furniture from Polywood!

The Vineyard Deep Seating Ottoman is a great addition to our Polywood furniture. We like it so much that we are going to order at least one more. It’s also versatile. We can use it with our couches or chairs. It even can be used to as extra seating for a larger group of people. You won’t regret the addition of the ottoman to your furniture set!

Love our new set!

We purchased 4 chairs and 2 ottomans from the Vineyard Modular. They took a couple of weeks to be manufactured and shipped. When they arrived, we needed to put each item together but it was easy and quick. Once done, it was better than we expected. The chairs were comfortable and the pillows were thick and soft. Where’s the padding in the cushion?

The quality and amount of padding on the cushion is quite poor. Is this made in the U.S.A. or China?

Order cushion with ties and other style ottoman

I wish I had ordered a cushion with ties. Our 9 year old granddaughter fell while putting her feet on the ottoman and the cushion came off.

Heavy nice quality

Great quality for the price. Easy to assemble and had no problems with the order. Cushions are comfortable and I haven’t had any problems with them slipping around when sitting on them. Shipping was accurate and even came a little earlier than expected. Bought several other pieces to finish my outdoor space. Very happy with all of it.
