Great product. Shower house in polished brass.

Exactly what I was looking for for my bathroom. Looks the period and well made. My contractor installed it so I can't speak to that, but it was packaged well. Happy!

Excellent option for high end replacement parts.

The original Perrin and Rowe shower hose brass broke after about 10 years use. They only wanted to replace the whole unit even though the spray handle was OK. The hose I ordered from Zero worked perfectly. It arrived in 2 days and was a much less expensive option. The quality seems identical.

This rusted out within months. Do not buy.

It’s nice but is already stretching out and showing the inside, despite gentle use and support. I’m not sure it’s going to hold up for a long time.

This was a difficult item to find for a reasonable price. I was very happy to find it and it was a perfect replacement.

warm nickel vs. chrome hose looks much nicer. This was hard to find anywhere else.

I thought it was expensive, but…

I had a hose already on my previous sprayer, so I didn’t think about getting a new one. But once I had it I realized how solid this product is built. I’m glad I decided to get it with my showerhead.
