I really like the aesthetic of these planter baskets as they provide casual elegant to my home environment. My first set came with the largest basket damaged. Customer service was incredible and sent me a whole new trio of planters. Very happy with this product. I do have my plants in a plastic then inside the plastic lined basket. The plastic liner does trap any water that leaks from the pot that I'm using. I use the additional plastic pot to allow for easy switching out of plants.

Can you ever have too many planters? These are lined with heavy plastic and keep the pots from leaking. They are neutral and look great. I wouldn’t put them outside without heavily and frequently treating the wicker to protect it from weather. Would definitely purchase again.

Buyer Beware

VERY disappointed with quality of these planters. They discolor to a moldy brown and leak-proof plastic lining is NOT leak proof. The bottom of containers are ready to fall out and only after 6 months. I only gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them less. I'm sorry I spent (wasted) my hard earned money on these :(

Natural beginnings...

I have three of these planter baskets now, one in each size, and they are really cute. Very neutral, will blend into any decor or theme. The liner does not leak, at least so far, and any house plants or flowers look great in them.

Nicely Woven Planter

Nicely woven basket planter. Well made, and looks like photo in description online. However, I only received the large basket from the set, and not the other 2 sizes that were supposed to be included. Called customer service for a replacement, but received the same single large planter only. Ended up with two large ones. Hadn't returned the the first shipment yet, so I called them again, and was told the error was at the warehouse regarding the packaging, & he would clarify to them the order should include 3 different size planters as described online. That was two weeks ago, and I never did receive the correct shipment. Like the planter very much, but the item evidently was not part of a set, so that part of the product description is incorrect.
