Don't bother with this company.
Terrible customer service. Ordered a rug for black friday and it said it shipped after 2 days. Three weeks later, still no rug. I called to figure out the order and they said it likely got lost in transit. So I cancelled the order and wanted to replace it (as they suggested) and the order would have cost me $30 more than my original purchase. Most stores would reorder the product for the same price. Complete waste of time.

Very soft great quality and great price! I recommend vacuuming it fresh out of the package to get its full potential of fluff. The corners were pretty rolled in so I had to put something on it to hold it down but overall really good.
