The cord and socket are very high quality but holy cow was the tension clips sent off to the lowest bidder. Absolute garbage AND THEY'RE WHITE! I tossed em and used zip ties.

In order to use this product in hanging lamp I had to unsolder the wires, wire the light, and re-solder the wires. I was expecting screw terminals which would have been much easier.

I bought two of these and hung them from the ceiling in my office. The room didn't have any other light, but did have a switch that activated one of the electrical outlets. By pairing these plug in lights with two edison style bulbs I turned a dark cave into a trendy oasis. I LOVE THEM. I will be back for more!
