I would like to return this product. The style is not quite right.
Looks - 5 stars. Installation - 0 stars. I am so thoroughly unimpressed. I’m not a pro by any means, but I’m not a novice either. First off, it doesn’t include the water lines, which might be normal but has not been my experience. I had to buy some, fine. Nowhere on the directions does it say what size you need. There are washers and silicone gaskets included but again, the directions don’t say what you need in order to use them and if that information is indeed on there, it’s very small and unclear. The directions also skip over a couple of steps. The handles were incorrectly labeled H C but maybe that was done to prompt you to take them apart and compensate for leaving that part out of the directions. There’s also a step that calls for removing the aerator but it’s impossible to do without damaging the finish. There’s nothing special about this faucet. Find a different brand.

This faucet works although it makes a hissing noise when operating. Next time, I'll get a different brand.

Parts Defective
The aerator was defective and I had to go to a hardware store to replace it. It also seems the faucet itself is not straight. Unfortunately I couldn’t exchange it because it was past return date and didn’t install it in time.

My faucet was easy for a plumber to install. It fit beautifully on my wash basin. Looks great and water flies from it perfectly.

The faucet is beautiful and has no problems. The flow is somewhat weak though, but that may be intentional for conservation purposes. That’s my only complaint.
