I just received this item and it has not been installed
Installed faucet and everything was fine then the prongs that are provided broke and sprayed water all over my kitchen about an hour after I installed. Luckily I was home and shut off the water.

This is a nice replacement faucet for a wall-mounted one. It's heavy and solid. Works very well for an older style home. The little/hot cold buttons are an extra cute touch.
