NEVER AGAIN

I will never buy from 1stoplighting ever again. You can't reach anyone via phone, your item can be broken, you submit an online claim, you aren't allowed to speak to anyone live, you'll hear nothing for weeks to over a month, then you'll get a message from the claim company asking if there's an issue and then doesn't bother responding - but this is after you've already uploaded pictures of cracked glass or whatever. You can send messages begging for a call back. You can be on hold in the chat for an hour and then transferred only for no one to ever reply again, It seems the only option is to file a credit card dispute.
