My son loves the chair, the only thing we would like better is wider arm rests and a cup holder.

I purchased 2 of these chairs. One of them arrived warped, but the other one was in good condition. I contacted Wayfair about the damaged chair including pictures of how warped the base was and the ripped fabric, and Wayfair's customer service team was an excellent help. I have a replacement chair on the way, but due to the quality issues I ran into with purchasing two and one being damaged, I am not sure I would recommend this particular brand (their customer service was also unresponsive).

These chairs are great! Had an issue that occurred with shipping with one chair but manufacturer was quick to respond and take care of the issue with no problem at all. The chairs are comfortable and seem to be of great quality and they look great in the game room!

great gaming recliner for teens!

We bought this for my 12 yr old for christmas. he is a big big kid, height wise, and he loved this recliner. He uses it daily. It seems to be holding up very well, and I have even used it at 250 pounds and thought it was decent for the price wr paid. Great gift idea for gamer teens!

After a short time of periodic use, the "leather" seams have come apart. Not happy with this purchase

Weight limit

I noticed in the products description it doesn’t have a weight restriction on it. So I was wondering what is the maximum weight restriction for this chair ?

i bought this chair thinking it was a gamming chair with speakers and effects for better gameing experiance but its just a recliner not a real gaming chair wish i knew

Very disappointed. This chair was advertised as a big and tall man’s recliner, even claiming it would accommodate up to 400lbs. The person I bought the chair for doesn’t come close to 400lbs and is tall, but this chair is definitely way too small to be advertised as a big mans recliner. Returning it asap

The Tech Dave set it up in no time and thank God. Because I could'nt put that together he had everthing to put it together if you need the service tech use it . Thank you Dave the Tech man. My chair works fine and looks great better a bokie recliener. If I buy anything from Walmart and it needs a Tech I will get the service.
