Store can’t rekey
The product is nice but your store can’t rekey it to match my other locks they don’t know how.
Easy to install
If you're the kind of person that takes a "it's just a bathroom and they'll never notice" approach and you like the style, these are for you. If you've ever been described with the words meticulous or obsessive... you might want to pass on these. The pieces weren't square, the towel bar had a slight arch, the hand towel holder is lopsided, and they didn't hang squarely on the brackets. More than one mounting bracket needed to have a washer placed underneath in order for the screw on the bottom to lock onto it. From a distance it's all, "eh, close enough", but it was a lot of little imperfection that ruined the overall experience for us.
