Buyer beware!

We bought the Blanco sink in soft white two months ago, and I hate it. Whenever you pour a cup of coffee into the sink, it will leave a stain even if you rinse the sink immediately. We are now using the suggested cleaner daily, but even that is not enoug

Ferguson ordering system has a glitch to repeatedly send customer the wrong sink.

I repeatedly ordered the blanco black sink #442927, and done at the store, but I’m wrongly billed to receive the blanco white sink #51620. I provided pictures of this online and in-house ordering glitch to Ferguson , but it is has been not corrected to have me billed repeatedly for the wrong model sink and a damaged sink. I am giving Ferguson one more try to get the 4th order for my black sink correct, because I have found Ferguson reputable in the past. Please correct your this problem with your system.

I like this sink and it was the only one that fit the area that I had for my new kitchen sink. I did not want stainless steel but could not even find one of those that fit. So this is the perfect size but it took three attempts to receive it shipped to me and arrive in one piece. By reading other reviews, I understand this is common. Also, I am very careful to keep it clean.

We received a sink with a hairline crack. Nobody noticed it until fabrication. The installer was sure it would crack when he installed. We contacted Build.com Friday and got the replacement Monday. Saved our granite installation schedule.

Blanco Silgranite Sink

Item arrived ahead of scheduled delivery day, was packed well and had no damage. The customer really likes the looks which goes well with the new Quartz countertops.

Poor Quality

Ordered online, arrived with crack right down the center divider and materiel feels like a cheap plastic, very concerning if it cant survive shipping wrapped in Styrofoam how is it going to survive life in a kitchen? my guess is not very well. i will be avoiding blanco products.
