We hope this is just a one off problem.

We couldn’t get the hot water to work. To eliminate the valves as the problem we switched hoses and the hot worked and the cold didn’t. So there is something inside the faucet that is not working. We will be returning this for a refund

Great Faucet that is easy to install

This faucet is very good, I love having one handle to control the water and the fact that you can pull down the head of the faucet to rinse the sink out or to rinse dishes. It has a button on the back of the head to use when rinsing which is nice. I would definitely recommend this faucet.

Weak pressure

The pressure is terrible. My previous faucet was fantastic. This one is compliant with California standards. Do not buy.

Be wary of the Lowes staff.

The Lowes staff provided the wrong faucet (a Delta faucet) to go with my new Kohler sink. The staff claimed it was the same as the Kohler faucet, which was not correct. It took a couple of weeks and discussions with the staff to sort this out and get the correct Kohler faucet. The faucet was okay but several Lowes staff we dealt with appeared to be incompetent.

Kohler is well designed and reliable.

New but Defective

After the faucet was installed, the Lowes certified plumber told me to phone 1-800-4kohler and tell them that I have a defective aerator assembly. Brand new and defective. Further, he advised me to register the product before calling. The website asked for the serial number which was supposedly on a sticker on the cold water line. Unfortunately, the initial 'K' was missing from the tag which inhibited the registration. Had to look online to find the 'K'.

Did not mount with Plate on quart counter

I liked faucet due to looks and liked that the spray button was located on back side of nozzle. The spray option is a nice fan like spray which makes it easy to clean sink. Also like that it came with a soap pump. I saw pretty much same faucet at Costco but didn't include soap pump.

Excellent Online Ordering

We needed a specific type of faucet. I searched online with the parameters and found the right one. I ordered it, paid it online and drove to Marysville to pick it up. So easy!!! The service desk man had it right there waiting. Perfect.

We replaced an aging Kohler faucet and it's expect

Replaced a 15 year old Grohe faucet with this one . Disappointed. I now have less water flow than old one. Is there a flow re-stricter in this faucet? Will save my money and go back to Grohe.
