I purchased an open box item. The faucet is nice and no leaks. The supplied hoses leaked real bad. I had another set of hoses so it all worked out. I think I got a good deal and it looks real nice.

Sharp looking and solid construction

Finding a quality bidet faucet at a reasonable price proved challenging. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box on this one. This heavy brass casting should provide years of service. Clever design of the attachment supply hoses to the faucet minimizes area used on the underside. Nut to connect to deck doesn't match the instructions and is impossible to get a tool on to tighten. Illustrations show a standoff nut (longer than "normal") that might have provided something to grab on to.
