The furniture lovely, the only problem was not all the screw holes match properly.
Not worth the price tag.
It is a very nice-looking set, and easy to put together, took me about half an hour. But; I would not have this in the back yard without an over, I can see that after one winter followed by a hot summer, it will be ruined. I would only buy this if you have a covered patio. I would also have it covered one stored away during the winter months. This is not worth the price of $1000. It is a cheap pine stained to look more than it is. I do like it and would even more at half the price. I would look for something better.
LOVE This Patio Furniture Set!
I knew there would be some work involved with putting it together, but it was surprisingly easy! Once you get the hang of it it comes together in no time. The chevron pattern is unique and beautiful. Highly recommend.
Great Deal for the Price
Really happy with these! I knew going into it these wouldn't be the best quality at the price point, but we are very pleased with them. They are reasonably comfortable without a cushion, but we got low cushions to make them slightly comfier. Fits 4 comfortably, can squeeze 6 if needed. It's important to note you can't push all 4 chairs in fully as the table isn't wide enough and when you add an umbrella stand, it takes up some space underneath as well. It feels pretty sturdy - not worried about it breaking underneath anyone, but don't overtighten the screws as we cracked the wood in one spot. Overall, we have a small space and this modern, warm outdoor furniture was just the answer. Really happy with it!
Customer service is non existent
Order shipped in 3 boxes. Table in the first, a set of chairs each in the second and third box. The final box did not arrive. I have emailed and called customer service numerous times to ask for help navigating how to file a claim and have the final set of chairs shipped. I was told to file a police report and obtain the FedEX tracking paper work. They would then customer advocacy team reach out to me. I have yet to hear back from anyone at Goedeker.
