Huge disappointment!
We purchased the king size bed frame back in June 2024. It’s been only four months and already one of the sides has broken, rendering it completely unusable. We noticed that the wood for this bed frame is not a single continuous piece of wood but several pieces of wood attached together. It was at one of those attachments that the piece completely broke (see picture). This shows the poor construction of this product. And because we are no longer within the 90 day warranty they are unwilling to help. We emailed customer service in hopes of getting a replacement part and of course they were no help at all. It’s almost comical when they write “hope you find and alternative solution”. Save your hard earned money from going down the drain and please look elsewhere!! Our previous IKEA bed frame lasted 8+ years. And it was way cheaper. I wish I would have listened to the other reviews and NOT purchase from this company. Now I will warn others to steer clear.
