Disappointed! Poor quality! Loved the Oil Rubbed Bronze finish! After installing the item, we realized it was broken and the "arm" would not stay level. Had to return it.
Poorly designed and constructed. Long delivery time.
We are having to return this toilet paper holder. The set screw doesn't work and the holder will not stay in place. We are having to order another style to replace this one and this is the only brand that has our finish. Wouldn't otherwise order from this company again. The other issue is delivery time. Ordered on July 7 and didn't receive until the end of the month. The new toilet paper holder was ordered on Aug. 4 and expected delivery is Sept. 16.
